The HIGHER
EMOTIONAL center which appears in the third
state of consciousness and the HIGHER
INTELLECTUAL center which appears in the fourth
state of consciousness. The two higher centers
are independent of the four LOWER
CENTERS and—if consciously developed—are
capable of surviving the death of the physical
body. The higher emotional center perceives the
connectedness of all things and is the seat of
conscious love and compassion. The higher intellectual
center perceives the laws which govern all things
and is the seat of conscious wisdom.
